The item ordered is not as expected. How do I return it?


We understand that the item you ordered may not be what you expected once it arrives.

Our Customer Service team is happy to offer asuitable resolution if you're unhappy with the quality of the product or it's not quite what you were expecting. But please keep in mind the conditions below.

To let us know your issue please contact us now and then select "Products/Goods that are delivered to you" then "Item not as described / expected".

Conditions of returning an item -

Your return request will be considered only where the item in question is:

(a) returned within 28 days of order;
(b) not used or worn (with original tags and/or packaging); and
(c) not damaged in any way.

Please note: Change of mind returns are not accepted for intimates, which includes underwear, hosiery, socks, swimwear and adult toys due to hygienic reasons. Remedies for defective goods are still available.
