What do I do if my item is faulty or damaged?

If you have received something that is damaged, dead on arrival, faulty or you believe it may have been incorrectly listed we apologise, but we are here to help you.
Please see details below of how to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RMA).
Please note that any returns sent to us without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  1. Sign-in to Catch Of The Day and go to "My Account"
  2. Click on "My Orders" to see your purchase history
  3. Find the relevant order number and click on the "Request Return" button
  4. Fill in the returns form and click "Submit Request"
Please allow up to 7 business days for us to review your claim and respond with further instructions.
If you are claiming that your item is damaged, dead on arrival or faulty, please know that once it has been received at Catch Of The Day, it will be checked and tested. If your item works or it is undamaged it will be sent back to you so you can enjoy your purchase with no refund provided.
If your item is deemed damaged or faulty, you will be entitled to a replacement or refund if the issue is considered a major failure. If the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure, you will be entitled to have the foods repaired or replaced.

All products not returned in accordance with the above return procedures shall be sent back to you and no credit or refund will be issued.
