My order has been sent back to you. What should I do?

First of all, don't panic. We can arrange for your parcel to be resent to you, or refunded if you want.

Once we receive your parcel back to the Catch Of The Day warehouse, we will organise with you to resend the package to you if you wish via email. You will not be charged any additional postage fees if we resend the item.

We appreciate your patience while we organise this for you, as it can take up to 10 business days for Australia Post to return an item to us.
