I didn't receive an item in my order

Don’t stress, it’s on its way! We often send your items in multiple shipments in order to minimise the wait time.

When products leave our warehouse we email you a dispatch notification showing you the items that have been dispatched and any others that are still being processed.

If you have purchased items across multiple sale events you can expect delivery in separate parcels. This way there are no items holding up other parts of your order, so we can deliver the rest of it faster. You will receive an email notification for each parcel being sent - even if they are part of the same order.
